Blueprint on 3rd is the delicious brain child of Chef Dean Robb and Jim Keet. We worked with Chef Dean, Jim Keet, and executive Chef James “Huck” Huckaby to create the most efficient kitchen layout in this 1940’s building set in downtown Birmingham. The L-shaped kitchen offers clear sight lines and few areas for bottlenecking at doorways. In addition to this, they also took into account the energy efficiency of the equipment by purchasing Energy Star rated refrigeration and low-flow faucets. Blueprint on 3rd was also an early adopter of the Biozone air purifier which can kill airborne and surface bacteria.
