Meet with the owner/rep to review the scope of the project and establish a schedule. We consult with ALL parties to develop a concept that fulfills the operator’s needs. Your concept will be treated as unique and confidential.

We advise on flow, products, aesthetics, and budget throughout the process. Submit schematic design plans for review and then re-submit to obtain final approval. Provide elevation drawings as necessary to help communicate the look and feel. Drawings are created with CAD/Revit for ease of sharing and reproduction.

Provide a final/approved equipment plan with equipment schedule. Provide utility rough in plans (plumbing/electrical), and critical information plans (dimensions/wall backing, etc.).

When a project includes custom equipment, like walk-ins/ventilators/any special fabrication, we provide shop drawings to convey the construction and service requirements.

During the design process we constantly monitor the cost of the equipment package and we adjust designs and specifications to meet the client’s expectations.

Our 132,000 square feet of warehouses and inventory with professional managers and staff ensure that material and personnel are in the right place at the right time. We store material for coordination of deliveries with contractors and other trades.

We provide installation by our own experienced crews with our own reliable trucks. We deliver, uncrate, assemble, set in place, making ready for final utility connections. Debris is removed and equipment cleaned and caulked as needed, then started and performance checked as needed.

Provide factory trained staff to demonstrate the proper use, care, and maintenance of equipment. Provide support documents in book and electronic format for Operation and Parts Manuals and Warranties.
