Edgars Bakery is an Alabama owned bakery which started in Birmingham and expanded with locations in Tuscaloosa and Huntsville. With the popularity, we were able to help them on one of the newest locations in downtown Homewood, Alabama, which is a neighborhood bordering Birmingham. We helped the owners figure out ways to get food out faster with a heated pass thru system and added refrigeration on line for the larger menu. We changed up the drink station to allow for better guest service and efficiency for employees. In addition to all of this, we added a ventless high temp dish washer, a small under counter ice machine, heated display shelf for hot cinnamon rolls, and we revised the cake cooler with extra shelving for maximum storage.
