Curated by Executive Chef Doug Zuk, who is renowned in the culinary world for his work in Las Vegas. the property’s upscale full-service restaurant, Ironwood Kitchen + Cocktails, serves reimagined Southern comfort cuisine utilizing quality regional ingredients. The Terrace Bar offers craft cocktails, cozy fireside seating and unparalleled views of downtown Homewood on the second floor. For a more casual dining experience, The Valley Coffee Co. serves different coffee beverages and specialty seasonal breakfast and lunch items near the lobby. We worked extensively with everyone to make sure the flow and organization of the kitchens and food service areas worked with the variety of different dining areas. It was a challenging and fun project that we enjoyed helping to see it come to fruition.
